Day 13 - Coffee Lab 咖啡實驗室

Coffee Lab, what a interesting name for a Café,

and its location just very hard to find like a Lab...

咖啡實驗室，有趣的名字，地點也像實驗室般非常的隱秘…

 

The place is quite small, and totally not like a caffe,
instead it's very confutable, you even have to take your shoes off and change to their slipper~
不要被實驗室的名字所矇騙了，它不大，而且很舒服，
進去前還必須脫鞋子，換上他們的拖鞋，擺明就是叫客人不要走嘛~

黑板菜單喔！


Mocha, yeah, not latte? Why?
Cos when she asked me what I want, I was wanna say latte,
but I don't know how the "Mocha" came out of my mouth,
so, that's call it a beautiful mistake then, it's a nice mocha anyway~ ha
摩卡，為甚麼不是拿鐵？
我也不知道為甚麼當服務生問我要喝什麼的時候我就突然說「摩卡 」，
當我後悔想換拿鐵的時候她已經轉身了，那就摩卡吧~ 還蠻好喝的唷！


These two cats a sooooo cute~
店裡兩隻貓非常的可愛也非常的愛睡覺，他們兩個感情也很好喔！

Day 12 - YABOO Café 鴉埠咖啡

While I was on the way to Café Libero yesterday, I saw this cafe "YABOO"!

And the name just caught me in the eye. "YABOO"! so cute hahahaha....
昨天去自由的時候，經過了這間咖啡館 『YABOO』(鴉埠)，
昨天就有衝動想衝進去了，所以今天的咖啡館根本不用選～就是它了


In YABOO, there is a big space for smokers out side...
這裡外面有很大的一個室外空間


These seats kinda cute, very close to the window, u can see the while view to the outdoor area
這個座位很可愛，可以觀察外面的人在幹嘛喔！哈哈


I was here for lunch too, I was thinking having a Pasta, but they don't have today
So I ordered a "Panini", That's cute, I don't even know what "Panini" is...
Then it came like this, actually is some kind like a sandwich... but It really taste better than sandwich!
我原本想要點義大利麵當中餐的，結果他們今天沒賣，
所以我就點了一個『Panini』，好笑的是，我根本不知道Panini是什麼，
結果來了一個匾匾的像三明治的東西，但是各位...這東西比三明治好吃太多了...
真的是再次顯得我孤陋寡聞了...


There is a order call "Today's Special from Barista" on the menu...
I just love it! cos I always don't really know what coffee I want today,
and I love surprises! So give me one of it!
咖啡單上有一個叫做『隨便我』，並不是我，而是隨便吧台手，
我真希望每個咖啡館都有道咖啡，這樣我又能喝到吧台手的絕活又有驚喜！
所以我就給他點下去了！


And it come with a awesomeness, I really can't tell what's a good latte and whats better now...
I've been drinking a lot of nice latte till now, and this I think is really good!!!
這杯拿鐵真的好喝至極！我真的已經不知道什麼是"更"好喝了...
最近這幾天一直喝到好喝的拿鐵，這杯也不例外，而且喝到好和的拿鐵真的很幸福...


Just a little advice to the Barista... Get a nice hair cut~
I'm sure with your awesome coffee, and a handsome good looking...
you can knock down the cafes nearby haha~

Day 11 - Café Libero 小自由咖啡館

Once again, recommended by our lovely Anna,
According to what she said, they got the best Hot Chocolate in Taipei (^o^)
再度由我們安娜小姐推薦的『小自由』
號稱有台北最好喝的熱巧克力

Look how luxury the interior is...

I wasn't dare to take the picture at first haha...
感覺超豪華的裝修
（連價錢也是豪華級）

And in other room I fount this "Le petit pâtissier",
Selling cakes!
就在同一間店，但不同房間有一個專門賣蛋糕的空間，
中文名『雷斯理』

Yeah, other room! This area is for whiskey!
The interior is to luxury, I just took some quick shots
最後面一個房間是超豪華威士忌房，
豪華到我不敢待太久，
看一下就趕快退回前面點咖啡了（羞）


"Ice Coffee with Prucia",
Beautiful ice, beautiful glass, beautiful colors,
I drink some of the coffee on the top, before I mix them
the coffee is quite smooth , not bitter at all.
『梅子酒冰咖啡』
很漂亮的冰塊，高雅的高腳杯，咖啡和梅子酒美麗的區分，
在混合咖啡和酒之前，我先喝了一口上面的咖啡，
非常的順口，一下子就溜到喉嚨裡了！

And after I mix them, It gets better!
It taste a little bit sweet, with coffee taste as well.
混合咖啡和酒之後更順了！帶點甜味和梅子味的冰咖啡～
真的很值得推！哈

AND! THIS IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY!
THE "HOT CHOCOLATE"!
OMG! IT'S THE BEST HOT CHOCOLATE I'VE EVER HAD...
REALLY BLOW MY MIND! ROCK MY WORLD...
I even want to drink one more while I'm typing this...
重頭戲來了！熱巧克力！
當時的我正在看書，我喝了一口，根本沒辦法看書，
我必須喝完它才能靜下來！
名不虛傳！真的是我喝過最好喝的熱巧克力...
雖然非常的燙，但是也非常的好喝！

Everything I had in this cafe today, all recommended by Anna,
Coffee, Hot chocolate, even this cake! "Love of Summer"
She call it "The Orange One"
這間店和今天所點的咖啡、熱巧克力都是安娜推薦的
這個『初夏之戀』也不例外！她管它叫『橘色的』


To be honest, I would never order this if she said it's good.
and yes, because too colorful haha!
BUT! It taste actually kinda good! A bit too sweet for me though~
老實說，我自己根本不可能會去點這個...
我一個人吃這個真的怪怪的（當時旁邊還有一對情侶的說）
但是喔！真的還蠻不錯吃的耶，就是稍微有點甜了！
可能我還配熱巧克力的關係...哈哈

And they gave me this, it come with the hot chocolate,
I'm sorry I still don't know how to call this "cake",
The girl said it's made from Rum... I prefer chocolate actually~ haha!
買熱巧克力還送這個朗姆口味的小蛋糕喔！
其實我比較希望它是黑巧克力口味... =P

They got really good business running on Monday...
And because the inter space is limited,
so they got a lot of seats outdoor...

就星期一來說，他們的生意真的是好到爆！
一直有人進來，他們必須一直說，
『不好意思，已經沒位子了，你們可以坐在外面，
等裡面有位子，我們在幫你們移進來』...
所以外面也真的有很多位子可以坐～

It means "Tobacco" (the power of google)
たばこ是『煙草』的意思

Day 10 - Café Ballet 芭蕾咖啡館

"Do they decorated the place with all Ballet things"

my friend asked when i said I was planing to go there

當我說我要去芭蕾咖啡館的時候，
我朋友問『裡面都是芭蕾的東西嗎？』

Seems there is nothing to do with Ballet in this place inside or outside

似乎沒有一樣東西跟芭蕾能扯上關係，
甚至書架上也沒有關於芭蕾的書（我猜的）

Then why? I ask the stuff... He said because the "Espresso Aroma Blend" they selling,
it's so wonderful, like coffee dancing ballet in the mouth~ ha
所以我就問那裡的員工，為什麼！為什麼取名『芭蕾』？
他說因為他們賣的『北義精選綜合豆』好喝到好像咖啡在舌尖上跳芭蕾

They got brunch in weekends with menus, but other time got only coffee and cakes,
but without menus, so you want to know what they have,
you have to see the blackboard on the wall =D

門口有一個黑板，這就是他們的菜單，
如果你需要思考要喝什麼的話，
你就必須站在黑板前思考一陣子喔！

Coffee Latte without latte art... and with 1cm cream...
沒有拉花的拿鐵，取而代之是1公分厚的奶泡～
還好...

Never had Vienna Coffee before this one,
they give me a spoon, so I assume I have to mix it haha~
it's better than their Latte
第一次喝維也納咖啡，比他們的拿鐵好喝=P
他們給我一個湯匙，所以我就把上面的奶油混進去了！

If you plan to come here on weekends, you better do a reservation
trust me.
如果你週末想要來芭蕾咖啡館，記得預約喔～
人會比你預料的多...
